I am org&site admin of confluence free version.
I want to use webhook feature.
In the guide, admin can see webhook menu in settings > general configuration.
But I can't fine that.
How can I use webhook feature?
Hi,
webhooks are available in Confluence Cloud but there is no administration panel as this Suggestion tells:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-36613
But there is an App which enables that in case you are interested:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222102/webhook-manager-for-confluence-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview&from=CONFCLOUD-36613
Apart from that it is reported that Webhooks could be registered through a so called "descriptor file" in Confluence Cloud. This thread tells more.
The basic documentation you can find here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/modules/webhook/
Please note: the documentation you have linked is for the on-premise product, Confluence server. But you stated you are using cloud (free plan). That made the difference why you could not find the menu.
Cheers,
Daniel
