Due to varying attributes of participants and contents shown to each participant differ, Space Sync is used to ensure seamless synchronization between an administrative space and spaces for participants.

As illustrated in an image, AAA article is displayed to participants in Spaces A(administrative space), B, and C, BBB article is shown to participants in Spaces A and B, and CCC article is shown exclusively to participants in Space A.

In this type of operation, it would be beneficial to view synchronization statuses for each page as a list.

Question 1:

Page Manager does not allow statuses of each page to be viewed, so I would like to be able to sort by pages to see statuses. Could you please advise me as to whether there are any other methods of doing this in addition to filtering by page name in Page Manager?

Question 2:

Furthermore, could you please let me know whether it is possible to download contents of Page Manager, for example, as an Excel file?

Hi @Hyunjung Park and welcome to the Community.

If I understand your question correctly, the core issue could be permissions.

I have Pages Manager installed on my private Confluence but being a sole user, and an admin, I can't test this.

As to exports, I used the Expand all function and copied all cells the same way I'd copy stuff from an excel sheet.

Click the first cell in the first column (page name), scroll all the way, hold Shift and click the rightmost cell in the last line. Then a simply CMD/Ctrl-C, and paste into a spreadsheet.

But the results are far from ideal... This is how Approved page status value came in:

{"id":182190118,"color":"#2684ff","restrictionLevel":"NONE","name":"Approved","spaceId":"193789955"}

This is clearly smth that could be suggested to the Ricksoft team.
