A member of our CS team has lost access to Confluence and keeps getting the below verification request.

@Thomas Dawson are they receiving the link to that email address? If so, what is happening when they click on it?
They should make sure they are signed out of any other Confluence Sites they may be signed in to so it does not default them to a different site when clicking the link.
