Why do paid for users receive randomly receive an email alerting them that (for example):
A guest has been added to your space by (NAME) |
Guests may be external to your organization. |
It's not random. This email goes out when a guest is added to a space to warn users that someone from outside the organization can now see your space.
If you do not want guests added, work with your admin to restrict adding guests.
Hi @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM . Thank you. I am creating guest accounts so that a guest can only view our client wiki. This is good to know as I did not understand why these emails were being sent. Thank you
