첨부파일 삭제방법(무료사용자)

안녕하세요. 

용량이 초과되었다고 해서, 무료플랜을 계속 유지하고자 합니다.

그래서, 스페이스에서 첨부파일을 삭제하였는데

데이터관리/보고서생성에서 생성된 엑셀파일을 확인해보면, SLBC 스페이스의 첨부파일갯수와 사용용량이 변하지 않습니다. 

다른 방법이 있는것일까요?

현재는 페이지 편집이 않되고 있습니다.

Confluence free =

• maximum 10 users
• 2 GB of storage

If you exceeded either capacity, you must upgrade to Confluence Standard.

To remove your files and improve storage situation:

• Empty Trash in every space (Space settings / Manage content / Trash.
• Delete archived pages
• Delete trashed and archives spaces
  • Space / View all spaces / Archived or Trashed tabs.

Trashed spaces are often the culprit as not many people are aware that after they delete a space, it ends up in the Trashed zone.

Also, to avoid attaching large files directly to your pages, you can

• create link to a file (it may be stored in you Google Drive, for example)
• use iframe (useful for videos or presentations). Your video can be stored on YouTube and you simply 'embed' it with an iframe macro.

This way your files are stored elsewhere and do not count towards Confluence storage limit.
