We're having a problem with a user's first login.

When trying to enter the verification code, it returns the message as print below

Can you please help with this case?

Hi @rodrigo_marques welcome to the Atlassian community.

May I request you to clear the browser cache, cookies and retry. Alternatively, try from an incognito browser as well. If the issue still persists, then only option is to reach out to in-house Jira admin or Atlassian support team.
