Happy with some new templates and the Headline feature on mobile looks great!

But what happened to the "Present this Page" feature that was in an announcement some month ago? It still not live for us. Is it still being worked on, or did it get scrapped?

@tobias Good question - presenter mode is still on the roadmap and being rolled out shortly. Thanks for your patience!

I had misinterpreted it as already being live and was wondering why it hadn't showed up in our instance yet. Then I will patiently await it, as it's one feature I am really looking forward to :D

While I appreciate the updates, there is still lots of low hanging fruit surrounding basic editing that hasn't been addresses in years, regarding Excerpt Include (Getting completely garbled), Excerpt (Font size gets changed), Tabs (lot of other macros cannot be inserted), etc...

Please scarp the new editor. It's lacking the functionality of the old editor and there hasn't been much improvement for years.

I love all of the updates and enhancements! The link feature and the new options are so cool. Thank you, JIRA/Atlassian!  Everything looks and feels so smooth and modern.

I hope to have those new features within the ServiceDesk site view will come at the next feature release!
