@Diana Lu Yep we've got that on our list - it's mentioned as "Importer"- so providing a way to import whiteboards from other whiteboarding tools into Confluence whiteboards.

Only just starting to use whitebaords - enjoying it thus far but really looking forward to the near term changes listed like exporting, grouping, line styling and definately version control ...
With the End of Beta and Standard plan limitations announced, I stumbled about the "Active Boards" definition. I would understand the restriction of 3 "active" boards if the User could decide which ones are still worked on and which aren't. A "Deactivate" (i.e. make Read Only) would be so helpful but obviously hasn't been thought of.
That almost renders it useless for us as we have maybe 10% Power Users that will create Boards and the other 90% will only use them after creation. We were hoping to move these Power Users away from other Apps like Miro etc. (for internal collaboration anyway).
Some of the features announced in this post are the bare minimum for Whiteboards in my opinion but still haven't been delivered unfortunately. I had high hopes for this feature but not sure what to expect from it now.
It's great to see that the product is continuing to be developed, and is slowly playing feature catch up with the other whiteboarding tools. Once it achieves feature parity with the incumbents, it's proximity to Confluence and Jira will be a big advantage.
What's less great are the upcoming severe limitations to Standard users. If this impacts you I hope you will contribute your thoughts on the thoughts below!
@Christina Ristevski is there an eta for the importer and also some documentation on what's in there vs what's coming ? I'm looking to have a stakeholder meeting internally to determine if this is a suitable replacement for MIRO for us but need the Importer as a deal breaker item and to know what's in and coming to decide what to do and when. This is important for us as MIRO renewal is 31 July then it will be a year before we can do anything - Happy for a direct contact from someone if needed.
@Christina Ristevski for the stickers I see there are AWS stickers are you also doing Azure stickers these two sets are used a lot in miro by our architects for drawing out systems. This is a big deal for us in term of a must have to be able to migrate to whiteboards
@Christina Ristevski is there any update as to when an importer (preferable a bulk one - but Ill handle a one by one option if needed) will be available to import Miro boards as live rather than static pages ?
Also any update on when the sticker icons will be updated to include the Azure Architecture ones as we use both AWS and Azure so really need both.
@Christina Ristevski is there any indication of when the voting mechanism will be delivered? That would make me more inclined to use confluence over Miro for our retrospectives. is there somewhere we can watch / vote for changes?
We would love to communicate a more time bound roadmap to our management in order time bound ur change project. Did I miss it or is it too early for a roadmap?
I hope this feedback is helpful for you and your team!
I might be new on this account, but I am a user with years of experience on business accounts. Please, how hard can it be to release dotted lines? It should not take a year to release this bare minimum required feature. This is one of the most important features for any whiteboard platform. I really want to use the Atlassian whiteboard product, but you make it hard for me not to just use Miro when you focus on launching new Confluence features instead of improving the ones that already exist. And do not take this the wrong way—if I did not like your products, I would not be using them. However, you need to seriously prioritize feature implementation correctly. @Christina Ristevski
