When a user edits Confluence pages, I can see the history in the "page history".

For databases, it is clear that if the reference is to other databases, I can't track these changes. But I have a database, where we only manually add information, and here I would like so see the changes that other users have made.

I have already restricted the whole page, so that only a few users can edit, to minimize the fault quote. But I would also like to track the user changes.
