Template created month ago has changed

I created a template about a month ago, and it used the new version of editing tools. Now when I use the template to create a page, it looks totally different and the tool bar looks like the older version.

I can't create a new template to fix the issue because it just keeps giving me older tools and results totally different looking page than the previous ones I've created. 

When adding page with a blank template it brings up the new tool bar and look&feel. What is going on?

I believe a few instances might have had the new editor rolled back temporarily, but it might be able to return to it. I would recommend reaching out to the Cloud Support Team directly, and they can let you know what is the case for your instance.
