All members of our Team are using JIRA. only few team members are not able to tag other people. in the contrary other people can tag them . wondering how to sort out this issue. Note. i do have the Admin rights
To be able to @mention people on issues users need to have Browse users and groups global permission. You can grant such in admin settings -> System -> Global Permissions.
Documentation on that topic: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/
Best regards,
Piotr
