Hi,
We would like to be able to use a Confluence page collaboratively with our client allowing read and write permissions for all parties so would that be possible?
Also, will they be able to access an archive of those pages after the engagement and how long are client confluence pages kept?
I have found this article "Invite guests for external collaboration", but it states that the program is now closed. Is that still the case?
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/
Thanks,
Victor
Welcome to the community!
The easiest thing to do is to add an account for them in your instance. It will consume a license and you can remove them once they are done. Then you can manage the space permissions to give them the correct access.
