Hello Everyone,
On our website, we use to have a form that users would fill out and submit their documents through.
1. Click on the button
2. Form shows up
3. Fill out the form and attach the documnet
4. Sumbit.
I need to create a similar process in Confluence. Is it possible?
Any ideas on how to make it happen, or workaround idea would be very appreciated :)
Thank you very much,
Valeria
Here's a quick start guide on templates
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template
The above provides basic functionality to include values when creating a page
If you need more customisation
We have add-ons that does the similar functionality
You can use either Confiforms add-on or Forms for Confluence by Scriptrunner add-on
Let me know if you have any queries
Thanks,
Pramodh
Thank you very much Pramodh,
Unfortunately, the native templates do not support file attachments. Note from the article "Currently, there’s no way to add images or attachments in templates".
Thank you for the suggested add-on apps, I tried the Confiforms and it looks like it meets the need. Wish there was a native confluence macro like that, but for now will use the add-on :)
Thank you once again,
Valeria
