We moved from one instance to another and imorted our data. Afterwards we had several personal spaces that were unlinked and have no group or user permission for administration.
is there a way to have access again?
Hi,
As Ann already suggested <YourInstance>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action will allow you to recover permissions for a space.
However if you migrated from another system I hope you maintained existing user names – otherwise the /~user private space links can't be reconnected. In such a scenario I would propose to recover permissions and the move pages to the new user space.
Best,
Tobias
Hi - An adminstrator on your instance can assign permissions to the inaccessible spaces. They need to go the the cog wheel on the sidebar and chose Space Permissions - the URL is:
<YourInstance,atlassian.net>/wiki/admin/permissions/viewdefaultspacepermissions.action
There is a Manage Permissions link after each space where the admin can assign permissions to access the space.
