How to insert custom CSS in Confluence

I'm trying to improve the look of the space overview. 
Can somebody explain me how to apply CSS to it?

Hi @Georgeta Pojoga 

Since you are on confluence cloud, there is no option to change the look and feel. You have to install a thirdparty app.
