How can I apply formatting to a single space in Confluence Cloud for free?

I have 1000 Confluence Cloud users, but only need formatting for a single space that is visible to external users.  I have found plug-ins, but they require me to buy for all 1000 users?

Hi @Alex Hadden-Boyd ,

unfortunately you can‘t apply custom css in Confluence Cloud yet. If you‘re looking for that feature, you can vote for this issue.

So, you‘re right with looking into plugins. The pricing for apps is always based on the user count of your instance - that’s the licensing model Atlassian offers via the Atlassian Marketplace. And the vendors (like we) base our price on this license model.

I‘m sorry for not being able to give you an answer you‘d like to hear - but I‘d like to be frank and fair.
