I have both JIRA and Confluence Cloud accounts and I thought they were integrated. Whenever I try to create a JIRA ticket from within Confluence Cloud I receive the following error message:
Received the following HTTP error code from the server:500
And then in the drop down all I see is "System JIRA".
Did I miss something in the configuration of both products?
UPDATE
Browser console shows the following error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 ()console.js:35
Jira Issues Macro: unable to retrieve fields from AppLink: <redacted> /wiki/rest/jira-inte…fbf20656/projects:1
I've tried to manually cross-connect the two Cloud products, but I'm unable to do so because it's a duplicate AppLink to the one created by default.
Hi, I encounter the same issue. Has this been resolved for Confluence Cloud?
