Trying to download the CSV file for access to see the user activity and obsolete the users those who haven't used access. I am getting tis error..

you need permission. Request access from your administrator!

Administrator says I am supposed to have the access.

@ppatnaik was this ever resolved? In order to access User Level data in your instance you must be a Site Admin. It is not enough to be a Confluence Admin to activate or deactivate users. You should check with your admin on what role assignment you have.
