Help shape how new users onboard into Confluence
What capabilities would you wish in Confluence that would help new users onboard easily?

one exisiting feature request that would could be beneficial to onboard new users into Confluence, but also would help in general to guide users better is the following request:
[CONFCLOUD-45607] Ability to set a default template when user click the "Create" button - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
It would be nice to have a bit more possibilities when creating a new page to guide or even enforce a template per space and perhaps even for subpages of a specific parent page.
This would make it much easier for people that are new to Confluence to get started and create content quicker, because there is already an enforced or suggested template that they can use depending in which department (which usually have their own space) they are working for.
Like that they can just fill in content instead of creating the entire structure of a page first, which can be intimating for new users.
Lastly, this would also give administrator the power to enforce a similar structure that shall be used company wide. Like a RACI header for example that must be used for all IT related pages.
