Hi there,
I've been looking at getting Compass set up and linked to Opsgenie for pulling in Incident data to the Activity view and with the hope of this generating alerts to the owning teams that something has gone wrong.
However, all that happens is that the Incident appears on the timeline, there is no alert as there is when a Component is assigned or an announcement created.
For reference, we have a separate support team that receive Opsgenie alerts and then liaise with the dev team.
