Github App is not working and can't be uninstalled.

Charles Wellton February 17, 2025

We've played around in Compass last year a little and have a plan to start implementing it now.
When i want to add a repo from github, it displays only an empty lists.
Comparing to other threads about the Github for Compass app, i'm recommended to uninstall and reinstall it.
I have already unistalled the application from our github but here is the problem:
Wether if i click on Manage app or Configure, i am just sent back to the app list.

Is their any other way i can remove the app in compass to reinstall it?

Hi, @Charles Wellton .

I assume that you're a Compass admin and that you haven't enabled other custom permissions that could restrict this operation?

Do you get the same results if you select "Configure" or if you select the dropdown caret near "Apps" in the top navigation bar > "Manage your apps"? There should be an option to uninstall in those two paths as well.

Let me know whether any of these work, and otherwise, we'll find an alternative solution for your case.
