Hey there, I'm from the Compass product team and I'm looking to talk to you! I'm super interested to learn about how your organization and teams manage on-call schedules for supporting your components, how you troubleshoot incidents/alerts today, and what doesn't work so well when it comes to managing operations that you wish you could fix with a magic wand. I'd also love to hear your general Compass product feedback ;)

I'm happy to share some early mocks/prototypes on features we're thinking about, some details about the Compass roadmap, and answer product questions in return! We're thinking a lot about how we can level up the alerting & on-call experience with Compass and your feedback can help directly shape features/direction we're thinking about.
