Kudos within my org

So if I'm assuming correctly, I'll be able to offer Kudos to other members of my organization through this feature? Or is this more of a Kudos to ANY Jira users.

Our organization currently uses SnapEval, with a Teams integration. Would/could this feature take the place of such a set-up?

Kudos is a feature in the Community only. It does not apply to your Jira instance.

It can be given to any community user who is enrolled in the beta program, not everyone across the board. 

@Mike Foster what chat feature does your company use? Internally at Atlassian we have a kudos-like feature that allows us to give "karma" to each other via Slack. It was in part the inspiration for this program!
