Adaptavist Scriptrunner, almost a must have for the functionality it provides being in enhanced JQL and in scripting functionality.   Better in on-prem than in cloud, but that's due to SaaS restrictions more than any fault of theirs.

@Shatakshi Mete

For future reference the "Community Contests & Kudos" forum is not really the best place for a question about Atlassian tools.

You might want to consider the Jira Discussions forum, one of the Product Group forums, or one of the Industry Group forums.

"I’m new to Atlassian and still exploring which tools will work best for our team. I’d love to hear your recommendations and best practices, especially when it comes to efficiently managing tasks and saving plans for long-term projects. Any advice on which tool to focus on and how to get the most value from it would be really helpful."
