Clover 3.1.1 compatibility with Idea 12.1.1

I installed the latest vesrsion of Clover as an Idea plugin. It installs, but I cannot get it to instrument my source code. No data appears in the Cloverage window after rebuilding and running a JUnit test. I unchecked Use External Build and this did not solve the problem. Has anyone successfully tested Idea 12.1.1 with Clover?

Reinstalling Clover after unchecking Use External Build seemed to have fixed this.
