After long time i tried to sign in, but i am failed, and i have gone for forgot password and got a new password prompt, and when i set up all 

you haven’t yet signed up for Bitbucket Cloud

what's wrong with it, i have given my username either but it shows its already taken, simply i gave different one and it has taken me to me anew account, i lost all my repositories, whats wrong with this. can some one help me.
i have even got a welcome email, whats wrong with this,
