Hi there, welcome to the Community!

The 2GB you're referring to is the maximum size per-repository allowed in Bitbucket Cloud. Regardless of the plan you're using, you can create unlimited repositories with a maximum of 2GB each. Once you go over that limit, the repository will turn into read-only and you won't be able to push any more changes until you reduce its size again. To do so, you can follow the instructions at Reduce repository size

Besides the 2GB per repo, as a free user you get 1GB of storage for Git LFS. If you need further storage for Git LFS, you can purchase additional 100 Gb at $10 per month. You can find more information at Bitbucket pricing

Hoppe that explains :) If  you have any other questions, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Kind regards,

Ana
