I try to log-in using <email_removed> but keep getting same error status display.
tried suing different browser, chrome and edge. same result.
tried clearing browser cache. issue still there.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was in an inactive state, which is the reason for the error you were seeing.
I went ahead and reactivated it, so you should be able to log in now, please feel free to let me know if you are able to.

Can you try logging in using an incognito browser or if you are on chrome use edge and see if the issue persists?

Sounds like your account may have been deactivated. Try opening a ticket with customer support and see if they can re-activate it. Atlassian Support
