Hi Hemant and welcome to the community.

You can find the documentation for Bitbucket Cloud API here:

However, it is not clear what you mean by "switch the branch". If you're working on a clone of a repo and you want to switch branches, you can do this with the git checkout command. The API does not operate on a clone but on the remote Bitbucket repo. Do you perhaps want to change the repo's main branch (that is set from Repository settings > Repository details > ADVANCED > Main branch)? Or something different?
