Is this Bitbucket Cloud (bitbucket.org) or Bitbucket Server?

If it's Bitbucket Server, then have you been keeping backups?

If it's Bitbucket Cloud, then support might be able to help - please open a ticket.

In either case, though, both Git and Mercurial are distributed systems, and the repository content may still exist on your system or on one of your co-workers' systems.
