hook on branch creation

Do we have any plugin available to trigger other action in case branch is created in the repository

Neither bitbucket.org/Bitbucket Cloud nor Bitbucket Server support this at the moment.

What would you like to trigger on branch creation? Would another hook (e.g. a push to the Repository) be an alternative?
