When leveraging Bitbucket using VPN, encountering this issue mentioned in the title, but not otherwise.

Is there any way to add this proxy within Bitbucket to continue its usage with VPN?

URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED !!!

Hi Utkarsh and welcome to the community!

The error indicates that something is blocking the connection to Bitbucket Cloud.

Does your VPN have a firewall that restricts access? If it is a company VPN, I suggest reaching out to the company's network admin/IT team and ask about any firewall restrictions when using the VPN. The valid IP addresses for Bitbucket Cloud are listed on the page below, in case your network admin needs to whitelist Bitbucket IPs:

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.

I also noticed that your Bitbucket account with the same email address as your community account doesn't have access to the repo you mentioned in your post. This is not related to the error you see, but after the connection issue is resolved, you need to ensure that you clone the repo with a Bitbucket account that has access to it.

Just a heads up, I removed the repo URL from your post for privacy reasons.

Kind regards,
Theodora
