do a 'File line comment' via bitbucket api

I`m trying to do a 'File line comment'-REST-Call via bitbucket api. If i understand it correctly i NEED to know the following:

  • lineNumber and path (makes sense!)
  • lineType: whether the line was added, removed or modified and furthermore
  • fromHash/toHash: refer to the sinceId / untilId

According to:

is there a shorter smarter way to do that with less information? if no: how to get the fromHash/toHash-Commit-IDs - what exactly are they? how could i grab them?
