I was setting up my new ubuntu system. I added public key in my bitbucket ssh key settings
tried to clone one of my repository using ssh which returned
git@bitbucket.org: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
I checked for errors in ssh -Tv git@bitbucket.org

Do you mind setting this environment variable GIT_SSH_COMMAND="ssh -v" and try to clone again? It will provide more information.
