can not start bitbucket

when i start the bitbuket i got the below error 

 

[2019-09-23T09:43:28,848][WARN ][o.e.c.l.LogConfigurator ] ignoring unsupported logging configuration file [/datadrive1/atlassian/application-data/bitbucket/shared/search/config-template/logging.yml], logging is configured via [/datadrive1/atlassian/application-data/bitbucket/shared/search/config-template/log4j2.properties]

Hello Sherif and welcome to the Community!

Thanks for reporting your issues within the Community. Upon review your log output, this should not impact the start or stop of the Bitbucket service. The log is reporting an issue with the logging.yml file due to the deprecation of the logging file. This is due to Bitbucket 5.15 and higher using ElasticSearch 5.

If you’re still having issues getting the Bitbucket service started please let us know. You may need to explore the Syslog when the service is attempting to start.
