bitbulket server failed restart after server restarted

Hi, my server didn't response and I have to restart the server, but after restarted, It failed to restarted the server. the web access to bitbulket server shows following error:

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

  • SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

is there any clues to solve this problem?

ok, find the root cause, the port of 7992 have be occupied by other program...
