Windows Self-Hosted Runner Offline with Error Logs.

Hi,

I've been using Windows Self-Hosted Runner.
However, since today, the following logs appear and the Runner is currently offline.

Hi @GT HAN and welcome to the community!

I see that you created a support ticket as well and you managed to resolve the issue. I just wanted to post here the resolution for any other users who may come across your post because they face the same error.

This error can occur when the runner is using a certificate issued by a certificate authority whose root and intermediate certificates are not present in your JDK.

The issue was resolved by importing the certificate as per the following knowledge base article:
