I upgraded our team account soley to enable two-step verification; however, when I got to enable it I get a red circle with a line through it on both that and whitelisting IP options under Access Control. Why is this not an option for our account?

Are you still experiencing this problem? I haven't been able to reproduce this issue myself, can you send us a screenshot of what it looks like?
We might also need to create a Support ticket for you, so we can check the status of your team, your permissions as a user, etc... let us know if you're ok with that and I'll go ahead and create it for you.
