Which version is "latest" 4.11 or 4.12? This page shows 4.11 in the table of contents, But 4.12 is available. Should this page be updated?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Bitbucket Server upgrade guide

The table of contents at top of this page shows (4.11) as latest, but version 4.12 is available.  I'm a little confused.  Should I be upgrading to 4.12, or 4.11?

What is the page you are referring to? Could you please attach a screenshot displaying the table content mentioned?
