No matter what browser or PC I try to log in with, this same error persists. I can log in fine to atlassian.com and I can use this same account to post this question, but I can't log in to Bitbucket.

Usually this message appears when your account is deactivated due to inactivity - but I can see that the user account tied to this particular email address is active. Are you able to clear your browser cache completely before attempting to login? I would also suggest disabling all add-ons in case something is interfering with the HTTP request.
