Hello,

I'm not receiving verification email when I tried two-step verification, could you please kindly take a look.

Hello @udhayakumar sadagopan ,

As correctly stated by @Perisic Nikola, your email was in an internal suppression list because Atlassian received the following error from your email provider : 

554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy

I went ahead and removed your email from the suppression list, so you should be good at receiving new emails now.

Could you please check again and let us know if you are receiving it now?
