hi,

I asked for a student license for my bitbucket project and tha was given and apears on my bitbucket license but user limit didn't change and it´s still 5. I don´t know what i'am doing wrong...

I see you have an open ticket with our Billing and Licensing team with the request for the academic license.

I would suggest reaching out directly on that ticket and providing the workspaceID to which you want the Academic license to be applied, so support can help verify if the license is correctly in place.
