Hi @Onkar Bavikar,

 

First, this is a public forum, you do not want to publish your SEN here, so I removed it.

So you are on a server installation and updated your license with a new license and now can not log-in any more? 

Or are you on cloud? If you are in the Cloud, you do not have to buy a license but have to start a subscription.

it is a server version. the evaluation license has expired yesterday and now we are unable to access it to input the purchased license.

it says "site cannot be reached" .

we have purchased the license but are not able to renew it

can you please help out
