When trying to subscribe to a plan I get the message below:
When clicking the "contact support" I get "support.atlassian.com refused to connect".
How can I upgrade a plan?

Have you tried using a different web browser and incognito windows? This is to eliminate any potential issue with the browser configuration or third-party add-on that might prevent the payment from going through.
