Unable to merge the PR in bitbucket

Hi Team, one of our team member is unable to merge the PR to master branch and getting the below issue . Could anyone please help me out to resolve this issue

error message : Merge issues

there is 1 issue preventing you from merging this pull request 

you have insufficient permissions to update ‘master’. Check your branch permissions with the project administrator

Hi Sunil,

You will need to have a repository administrator check Repository Settings > Branch Restrictions and verify that the user who is attempting to merge is present in the Merge access via Pull Requests list, if not they will need to be added to the list of users otherwise they will be restricted from performing the merge - more information may be found in our documentation:
