Unable to log in because MFA device is unavailabe

I have MFA enabled for my Bitbucket cloud account. Lately, my MFA device was dead, and so is the MFA app verified for Bitbucket login, and the Mobile number and registered email were also gone.
Since I have managed google suite email, so I tried my admin to help me reset the password and disable the MFA for my account, after disabling my MFA, it still asks for the MFA code. I am still unable to login.
Raised a support ticket, but I haven't had gotten into my account successfully. I can use other services of Atlassian without any problem.

Hi ashfaque,

I can see that you are part of an organisation who may be managing your MFA, so I would encourage you to reach out to an administrator from your organisation to take a look into this as we cannot manage these settings from our end.

I also have not found a ticket in our system from the email address you have logged this with - please raise a support ticket with Bitbucket Cloud as the product and Technical Issues & Bugs as your issue with the company workspaceID as the url in the following format: https://bitbucket.org/workspaceID

If you have issues raising a ticket, please let me know what timezone you are in and I will raise one on your behalf within your timezone to ensure that the appropriate team is assigned to this.
