Currently we have an bitbucket cloud app where the user installs the app on their workspace. Following the documentation here
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/bitbucket/understanding-jwt-for-apps/#claims
Does not work. We have found a workaround where we can post using the shared secret provided in the web hook however now the comments we post are authored by the workspace. This causes a terrible user experience for our customers.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @RileyTestersonNov27 ,
and welcome to the Community!
As this is more of an app development question, I would suggest reaching out to our community dedicated to developers:
as they will have more expertise on this topic :)
Thank you, @RileyTestersonNov27 !

Thanks for the reply @Patrik S , since this is an official bug with the api seemingly, is there someone I could speak with or have someone look into this ?
