I am a user from China. 

Why my account still blocked after I have updated my credit card information.

And I haven't received any notification about bill information.

How long could this payment process finished ? 

Can anyone give me some suggestion, ?

Hi @pmsplus

Did you receive any error message, something like 'Invalid state', when adding the billing details?

If so our billing system does not recognize the full names of the states.
This is currently an enhancement request and, the only workaround that we have for this situation, currently, is specify the abbreviation for the State name.

Could you please try using the abbreviation for your State name, and let me know how it goes?
