Repository unavailable error on my bitbucket self hosted

Hi,

 

I am unable to browse my repos  having and also unable to create new repos.

 

Following is the error when i browse old repo 

 

500 err

An error occurred while executing an external process: error=2, No such file or directory

Please see your system administrator.

 

and when i create new repo in project i get following error.

 

An error occurred while executing an external process: error=2, No such file or directory

 

Please guide me how this can be sorted.

Hi Amin!

Have you contacted your administrator already? That should be the first step as something might have gone wrong with the server, or they might have adjusted some permissions.

If he doesn't see anything wrong, it's always advisable that the admin contact us directly as we'll probably need info only he can provide, some of the things we'll need are:

  1. Do you have the right permissions to access that repo?
  2. Can your colleagues access and create repositories?
  3. What happens if you try a different network?

Hi,

 

Sorry i could not reply to this.

 

I am the admin of the server, all user are facing same error.

 

I am not sure if some have went wrong with folder permissions in FTP.
