Repository is under maintenance. What should I do?

Cartman720 August 22, 2020

I am getting error when trying to push my changes.

remote: Repository is under maintenance.
fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/finstead/finstead-api.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

Should I do some actions, or it is bitbucket internal maintenances?

UPDATE

After waiting some time it started to work. So maybe this is Bitbuckets internal repository maintenences.

Hello,

Our team has been performing maintenance to improve our storage infrastructure every weekend in August. A subset of repositories and snippets was processed each weekend, each one of them was in a read-only state for a period of time and could not be modified.

I believe this was the reason you were seeing the error "Repository is under maintenance".

You can read more details in the following link of our status page:

It's good to hear that the issue has been resolved, in case you have any questions, please feel free to let me know!

Kind regards,
Theodora
